GABA Membership Terms and Procedure

Any individual or company (legal entity) operating in the United States or Georgia and sharing the
goals and values of the Georgian American Business Association may become a member of the
Association.
Membership in the Association is open to business organizations operating in Georgia and the
United States, as well as non-profit organizations and individuals.
All members of the Association enjoy equal rights and benefits. To become a member of the
Association, it is necessary to follow the appropriate procedure, which consists of three stages:
• Completing the Association Membership Application Form and submitting it to the Association;
The Board of Directors reviews the completed membership application form and notifies the
interested company of the decision within 60 days;
In the case of a positive decision, the potential member or individual company enters into a GABA
Membership Agreement and immediately pays a one-time membership registration fee of $200.
• The membership fee calendar year is determined from January 1 to December 31;
From the moment the registration fee is paid, the candidate for membership acquires the status of a
GABA member and is obliged to pay the annual membership fee within 20 calendar days from the
date of becoming a member.
• There are two forms of membership fee payment:
1. Annual payment (once a year)
2. Monthly payment of the annual fee, in which case the amount of the fee differs
